Midagi, natu natu.

Räägiks siis sellest, mida meie projekt, ettevõtmine üldse endast kujutab.

"Young and Able" on siis algatatud Eesti Energia noorte ettevõtlikkuse arenguprogrammi Entrum raames.

Entrum iseenesest õhutab noori olema ettevõtlikud, julged pealehakkajad ning motiveerivad elama suuremate mõtetega.  Läbi selle ettevõtmise, antakse noortele võimalus muuta midagi Eesti ühiskonnas, arendada ning lüüa kaasa ühiskonnas, olla aktiivne.

Meie projekt ongi siis n-ö üks osa sellest suurest tegevusest.

Otseselt sai meie projekt alguse Otepää kultuurikeskuses, kus toimus mingisugune noortebändide kontsert. Eneliin, meie grupipea, kes osales kõige esimesel sessioonil rääkis sellest ning sellest kasvasgi välja meie noor ning paljutõotav projektilill. 

Põhiideeks oleks korraldada laager vabahingelistele kunstihuvilistele. See ei hõlma ainult kunsti, vaid lisasime sellele ka luule ning fotograafia. Killuke meist kõigist osaleb selles projektis ning ootab toestust. Laager pole lihtsalt nagu mõni suur noor-kotkaste, jalgpalli või keelelaager. See on üritus, mida harva võib kohata Eestis.

Sellel pole otseselt kindlaid struktuure ega piire määratletud ning kindlasti ei ole meil kavas range ega distsiplineeriv laager korraldada. Vaid tahaksimegi tuua kokku inimesed, kes on sarnased, kes suudavad esile kerkida oma huvide, mõtete ning hoiakuga. Need noored on Eesti tulevik, sest nendel ju siiski toimub peas midagi - nad on kultuur, mida tuleb hoida.

Eestis võib olla tohutult palju fotograafe, luuletajaid ning kunstnikke. Kui palju neist tuntakse?

Võib-olla tänu sellele laagrile anname jõudu, tõuget noortel aktiivsemalt tegutseda, näidata ennast, oma andeid.

Ning kuna oleme ise noored, siis üritame ise olla elavad näited ettevõtlike noorte näol.

Something, a litlle bit, little bit.

I'd speak a little about our project - what does it look like or what for it is created.

"Young and Able" is initiated by Eesti Energia youth enterprising developement program Entrum. Entrum itself encourages young people to be more enterprising, venturous and it motivates to live with big dreams, thoughts. Through this enterprise, these young people has been given a chance to change something in Estonian society: evolve and involve in society, be active.

Our project is then like a one part of this big action.
Our project got its' start in Otepää culture center, where took place some kind of a youth bands performance. Eneliin, the head of our group, who attended the first Entrum session told about this enterprise and from that moment the flower of our auspicious project began to blossom and grow.

The main idea is to organize a camp for free-spirited artists. This isn't only about art:  we added also poetry and photography. A little piece of every one of us is in that project and is waiting for the realizatin. This camp isn't like just some Young-Eagles, football or language camp. This is enterprise, what is rare in Estonia.

This hasn't got certain structure nor defined limits and certainly we haven't planned to organize strict and disciplining camp. We'd like to bring together youngsters, who are similar, who can come  forth in crowd with their intrests, thoughts andn stances. These people are the future of Estonia, because they have someting going on in their head - they are the culture, what needs to be preserved.

In Estonia, there can be a lots of photographers, poets and artists. How many of them are known?

Perhaps, thanks to this camp we can give some energy, push to youngsters to act actively, show themselves, their talents. To Be.

And because we are young girls, we are trying to be living examples for all of this motivation, inspiration, activeness, enterprisingness.
